Changed Two Parameters for the Package Resources
Changed the parameter contenttype from an integer to a string for the Get List of Packages for a Vendor and Get a List of Packages resources. Changed the parameter searchfield from an integer to a string for the Get List of Titles that are Part of a Package and Get a List of Title Regardless of Package resources.
